我该怎样来获得中心的心理支持服务?

How Do I Access CISC’s Emotional Wellbeing Support Services?


如果您是来自中国的在英国居住的海外留学生,目前在学习,生活或者个人发展方面遇到一些挑战,并感到一些情绪方面的问题令您无法有效地

面对这些挑战并找到解决的办法。请不要犹豫,尽快与中心(support@ciscic.org.uk) 取得联系。中心的工作人员一般会在48小时内回复您的邮件。 

您会通过电话或者邮件的形式获得中心心理健康支持人员的服务。我们也可以根据您的具体需要,提供一对一的心理支持服务,或者团体支持。 


Any Chinese international students who are living in the UK. If you are experiencing a difficult time in your academic or personal life and your emotional health is preventing you from overcoming these difficulties, please do not hesitate to reach out to CISC (support@ciscic.org.uk). Our support team aim at responding to all queries within 48 hours. You can then receive support either over the phone or by email. We also offer both one-to-one and group support depending on what you prefer.
