免费和保密的心理测试 Free and Confidential Emotional Wellbeing Assessment:

您可以获得一份免费和保密的心理测评,这项测评可以通过微信(WeChat)完成。这项心理测试由中心的心理专家设计,将会给您提供一个心理健康的评估。如果您需要获得更为正式的心理评估,我们也可以介绍您相关的NHS所属心理机构。


: You will be able to receive a free emotional wellbeing assessment which is a quiz that you can either complete online via WeChat or at our centre in London. The assessment was developed by the mental health professionals at the centre. It will provide you with an informal assessment of your mental and emotional health states. Should you wish to receive an official assessment, we would also be very happy to point you to the NHS mental health services. 


一对一心理支持服务 One-to-One Emotional Wellbeing Support

您将会有机会用您的母语和中心的心理支持辅导员进行一对一的心理支持服务。我们将用中文提供所的非正式心理咨询服务。如果您经历着焦虑,或者感受到孤独,中心的心理支持人员将可以为您提供具体的帮助,通过和您探讨您的目标与希望,找到最好的改善与解决方案。如果您需要进一步的长期支持和正式的心理治疗,中心也会按照您的需要,介绍您去NHS系统下的精神与心理咨询机构。


You will be able to speak to our team of emotional wellness supporters on a one-to-one basis at our centre in London. The informal counselling services we provide will be in Mandarin. We can provide practical support if you are struggling with anxiety, sense of isolation or loneliness. We’ll talk to you about your goals and aspirations and how we can assist you to achieve them. If longer term support and formal treatment are required, we will also put you in touch with local services such as NHS psychological & counselling services.

我们将会通过和您进行深入讨论后了解到您的所需,为您提供详细的帮助您顺利度过文化适应期的各方面信息和知识。这些信息将可以帮助您顺利度过文化适应期,从而尽快地适应新的环境,投入到崭新的在英海外学子的人生阶段。


We can give you comprehensive information about what organisations, services and activities are available in your community as well as information and tools to help you during the cultural adaptation process so that you can adjust quickly to the new environment and embrace the exciting new phase as an international student in the UK.


中心的各类兴趣活动 Local Activities & Interest Groups:

您将可以参加中心定期举办的各项活动,通过这些活动结识更多的分享共同兴趣或者志同道合的朋友。 


You will have the opportunity to attend a wide variety of events and local activities hosted by the centre. Through these activities you will be able to meet other people who share your interests.


心理支持与个人成长工作坊 Emotional Wellbeing & Self Development Workshops

中心定期举办各类型有关情绪健康与个人成长的课程与工作坊。从这些课程中您不仅仅可以获得相关知识,改善自身的身体与情绪健康,也可以帮助了解自身,从而获得长足的个人生命的成长。


We offer a programme of workshops that provide information on mental health conditions and personal development. You will be able to learn and develop key skills to improve physical and emotional health. The programme also aims to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and achieve long lasting positive changes in life.
